A word and a blow! Lets take the blank webpage, cover it with experience and add 2 young ladies and their passion for music… et voila, what you get is CLASH CONNECT. Some of you might wonder now: “What/who the f*** is CLASH CONNECT?” Good question…but, before answering it, let me introduce you to the 2 minds behind the concept: on the one hand there’s kat.ee… she’s going to cover the spectrum from Alternative, above Indie up to Southern rock, not forgetting to touch upon Britpop and Post-punk … what shall I say, the girl is really into rocking the world! And on the other hand there’s fabsab, who is proud to be open enough to immerse in the Reggae, Hip Hop, Electro and Soul area. This is going be fun… that I can tell you because we’re going to play the whole music “abc” up and down… well, at least from “a” to “s”, but you better check out for yourself and listen to our show.

We offer superb music, outranging conservative world views and love individual thinkers!

To cut a long story short, CLASH CONNECT is considered to be a platform for Austria’s talented and innovative young artists to present themselves to the rest of the world… you can take that literally since we’re tuning the www… and this is how it works: either,

Es ist an der Zeit…Zeit etwas zu verändern! Nicht nur Amerika spürt diesen Umschwung, nein, auch Österreichs sub-kulturelle Musikszene sehnt sich nach etwas darüber hinaus gehendem. Deshalb lautet unser Motto ab sofort  “New leaf, new life!” und so stellen wir euch die brandneue Kopfgeburt der Ruffradio Show vor.

So whatcha waiting for? Dieses Sprichwort bringt es direkt auf den Punkt. Metaphorisch betrachtet kann man ’leaf’ mit einer unbeschrieben Webpage vergleichen; wobei ‚life’ eher auf  mein vorhergehendes Treiben als Mitglied, der über zehn Jahren lang bestehenden Ruff-Radio Crew, bezogen werden kann und jetzt nach Veränderung schreit. Als registrierte Musik-junkies, mit intensiven Verbindungen zu überaus talentierten Musikern aus unterschiedlichen  Musikgenren und Himmelsrichtungen, handeln wir ganz nach dem Credo: ’ Bekannte Crews kommen zam wie Penelope und Tom’ [vgl.: Markante Handlungen]

Gesagt, getan! Man nehme eine unbeschriebe Webseite, vermenge das Ganze mit ein wenig, notwendiger Erfahrung und füge zwei junge Ladies und ihre Leidenschaft für Musik hinzu….und schon hat man CLASH CONNECT! Einige unter euch fragen sich nun vielleicht: ‚Was zum Teufel ist CLASH CONNECT und wer steckt dahinter? Gute Frage und deshalb folgt die Antwort auf einem Schlag:

Da wäre Katy, 50% der CC…Sie deckt das musikalische Spektrum der Genre von Alternative, Indie Southern rock, hin bis zu  Britpop und Post-punk…was bleibt zu sagen außer: ‚Die Lady lässt es wirklich rocken!’ Weiteres gibt es  Sabine a.k.a Fabsab, stolz zu erwähnen offen genug für Musikgenre wie Reggae, Soul, Hip Hop, Electro zu sein und ein ungeheueres Verlangen verspürt, diese Musik auch zu verbreiten!

,Oh mein Gott!’ Das wird ein Spaß, das kann ich euch versichern, denn wir spielen die feinsten Nummern des ‚Musik -ABC’ auf und ab,… äh, ok, lass uns den Ball flach halten. Gespielt wird zumindest von ‚a’ wie Alternative bis ‚s’ wie Soul.
